We offer super-finishing optical molds and according plastic products, major products include lenses, light guides, lampshades, condensers, inner light distribution mirrors, decorative rings, and brackets, etc.

We focus on automotive optics and image optics. Products are applied in confidential edgy automotive lighting designs, AR components and medical devices.

Factory supports OEM service by producing and giving technical opinions on super finishing molds. We have metal 3D printer for initial appearance and functional testing needs. Such sample can be printed in 7 days.

We have modern types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly production lines including a fully automated wax and shell-making process line, as well as heat treatment production lines. Annual production capacity is over 200,000 pcs.

Now we have more than 120 employees, including 10 technical developing expertees.

Firstly, we inspect every process. For finished products, we do a pure inspection according to the customers' requirements and international standards. Secondly, we have our testing lab has advanced and complete inspection equipments in the casting industry, including a spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester, low-temperature tester, x-ray tester, MPT, UT, CMM, video measurement machine, and so on.With these advanced facilities & instruments, we can supply more precisely finished products to our customers, and make products meet their overall inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, and highly precise dimensional inspections.

During the quoting session, we will confirm with you the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. For mass-production goods, it is preferred to pay a 30% deposit before producing and a 70% balance against a copy of documents, a more common way is by T/T.  L/C is also acceptable.

Due to our 24h programmed automatic production, we can produce and ship products according to various periods plans. Location of our factory is 55km from Ningbo port. Leadtime is relatively controlable.
